Our Consumer Cluster has achieved impressive year and year growth. The team has a strong new business pipeline, particularly in Retail and Grocery with a well-earned reputation for tackling some of the toughest operational challenges in the grocery market. The team has achieved ground-breaking results, not only in reducing waste and increasing productivity, but also through boosting top lines sales growth by hundreds of millions of pounds and increasing customer loyalty. From 2020 to 2022, we have increased revenue wise by 174%.

We have a clear vision for the next 5 years which will enable us to grow our presence even further in the market, broaden our impact and deliver even more for our clients – to support this, we are now actively looking for a number of highly experienced senior leaders to join the team on this exciting journey.

Requirements

In this pivotal role, a proven management consulting background with strong experience of delivering complex transformation programmes across consumer clients is essential. You will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships to grow your sector while contributing to its wider business development strategy. For these specific vacancies, we are looking for passionate leaders with substantial experience of delivering impactful operational improvement focussed work across clients in the Consumer industry; you will possess deep expertise in those sectors, exceptional account leading and market engagement skills together with a passion and enthusiasm for driving change and delivering results.

Finally, and most importantly, you will possess a high level of self-awareness, the gravitas of a senior leader and a desire for further development with the resilience and energy to make a difference.
