Our fast-paced, technology-enabled Claims Team is looking for a skilled Technical Claims Handler dedicated to ensuring an efficient, empathetic, and transparent claims process.
Role Summary:

The Role At Marshmallow, we’re on a mission to make insurance more accessible, fair, and stress-free. As a Technical Claims Handler, you’ll be part of a supportive, ambitious team that helps customers through one of the most important parts of their journey — their claim. You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio, guiding customers with empathy and clarity while ensuring claims are handled quickly and accurately. You’ll also play a key role in managing recoveries on non-fault claims before litigation, and you’ll bring a strong understanding of AD (Accidental Damage) processes to help achieve the best outcomes for our customers and for Marshmallow.

Job Requirements Good knowledge of AD (Accidental Damage) and Recovery processes, including handling recoveries on non-fault claims pre-litigation; Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills; Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively; A proactive, solutions-focused mindset; A genuine desire to grow, develop, and make an impact within a forward-thinking company.
