  • Delve into user and revenue growth modeling to identify segmentation for better retention and conversion.

  • Coordinate analytics projects and unify methodologies for A/B testing, promoting best practices throughout the teams.
  • Minimum 5 years in a Data/Product Analyst role.
  • Proven expertise in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Strong presentation abilities and experience with Looker as a BI analyst.
  • Python for data analysis is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a subscription-based business, mentoring analysts, and championing analytical tools is advantageous.

Flo is a rapidly growing product, and its growth is mainly driven by data-informed decisions. The mission of the Core Analytics team is to ensure that all decisions are supported by consistent and just-in-time data, different analytical teams are aligned in their methods, and tools evolve to speed up working with data on all levels.

Data analysts in the Core team conduct research of their own that impacts many of the teams and supports high-level decisions.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:


  • Modeling growth in terms of both revenue and users, looking for best user segmentation to understand retention and conversion funnels
  • Presenting findings to both your peers and analytics and business leaders, ensuring that insights are incorporated into decisions and further research
  • Actively looking for ways to improve BI and data architecture
  • Prioritizing projects for analytics engineers
  • Unifying methodology (i.e., for conducting A/B experiments) and making sure best practices are adopted

Your Experience

Must have:


  • At least 5+ years of work experience as a Data / Product Analyst
  • Experience with A/B testing, knowledge of statistics for A/B testing
  • Advanced SQL
  • Experience in data visualization in Looker / Tableau or similar
  • Great presentation skills

Nice to have:


  • Experience in subscription business

  • Python for data analysis
  • Experience in mentoring other analysts 
  • Experience in evangelizing analytical tools and best practices
  • Experience in working with Looker as BI analyst

Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
