- Lead and manage the Supply Chain teams, including procurement and stock management.
- Develop and implement supply chain policies and master plans.
- Oversee the Logistics Coordinator / Warehouse Manager and coordinate logistics activities.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities and proactive approach.
- Fluency in English is a must.

Ecotone, a pioneer and European leader in organic, plant-based and fair trade food, is looking for a Supply Chain Manager. Our brand family is distributed in over 80 countries with 7 production sites, 1600 people across Europe, and our headquarters is located in Lyon.
The role involves managing the Supply Chain teams (2 Appro, 1 Scheduler & Planner and 1 Master Data), defining the supply chain policy and associated objectives by proposing a master plan, and supervising the procurement and stock management with production needs. You will also be responsible for managing the Logistics Coordinator / Warehouse Manager and coordinating the activities of the logistics and supply teams within the budget.
Job requirements include a Bac+5 type Master Supply Chain, engineering schools, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in supply chain. You must have solid management experience and are used to working with many internal and external stakeholders. You are recognized for your leadership, your listening skills and your field presence. Organized and rigorous, you have a strong analytical and synthesis spirit and are proactive. You speak fluent English.
