Ecotone is an exciting company with a strong commitment to health and safety standards in all production and storage areas. We are looking for a full-time Produktionsleiter (m/w/d) for our location in Drebber, Germany.
The role involves leading and organizing production under economic and technical aspects for a smooth process. You will be responsible for enforcing health and safety standards in all production and storage areas. You will also have the opportunity to develop company standards in the areas of occupational safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Job requirements include systematic and targeted personnel development in production, regular discussions and team meetings with employees, and cooperative collaboration with other departments, particularly quality, technology, and storage, to achieve common goals. You will also be responsible for the regular identification of deviations from personnel deployment, vacation planning, plant efficiency, and other production data, as well as checking the effectiveness of corrective measures.
The ideal candidate will have leadership qualities, commitment, team spirit, and an analytical and solution-oriented way of working. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are required. Previous experience as a manager, ideally in the field of food production in an international environment, is preferred. You should have a completed degree in food technology or a comparable course of study.
