  • Role Summary
    • Oversee and expand Heura’s commercial activities within Paris Intramuros by managing a client portfolio (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and local stores).
    • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and identify new potential clients.
    • Monitor sales targets, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve set objectives.
    • Conduct promotional activities and in-store events to enhance product visibility.
    • Actively participate in the company's various projects and events.
  • Role Requirements
    • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in business school or university.
    • Eligible for an internship.
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
    • Passionate and committed to our mission.
    • Preferably with previous field sales experience.
    • Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
    • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
    • Team player with curiosity and proactivity.

Ta Mission: Superviser et dĂ©velopper les activitĂ©s commerciales d'Heura ĂĄ travers la gestion d'un portefeuille clients (HypermarchĂ©, SupermarchĂ© et proximitĂ©) dans Paris Intramuros. 

Responsabilités Principales


  • DĂ©veloppement Commercial : Renforcer les relations avec les clients existants. Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients ĂĄ potentiels.

  • Gestion des Ventes : Suivre les objectifs de vente, analyser les performances et mettre en place des actions correctives avec chaque client pour atteindre les objectifs fixĂ©s.

  • Promotion des Produits : Mettre en place des actions promotionnelles et des Ă©vĂ©nements pour accroĂźtre la visibilitĂ© des produits notamment ĂĄ travers la mise en place de dĂ©gustations rĂ©alisĂ©es en magasin.

  • Participation aux Ă©vĂ©nements et actions de l'entreprise : participation active ĂĄ la mise en place et la rĂ©alisation des diffĂ©rents projets et Ă©vĂšnements mis en place. 

 

LE PROFIL QU’ON RECHERCHE:

  • Formation : Bac +4/+5 Ă©cole de commerce ou universitĂ©,
  • Éligible pour un stage,
  • Bonnes compĂ©tences de communication verbale et Ă©crite en anglais et en français,
  • Passion et engagement pour notre mission,
  • IdĂ©alement une prĂ©cĂ©dente expĂ©rience en vente terrain,
  • Orientation client et bonne capacitĂ© de nĂ©gociation,
  • FlexibilitĂ© et capacitĂ© Ă  s’adapter Ă  un environnement trĂšs dynamique,
  • Bon esprit d’équipe, curiositĂ© et proactivitĂ© : anticiper & saisir les opportunitĂ©s,
