Role Summary:
- Identify and analyze opportunities to drive product enhancement strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers to provide impactful data analysis and support.
- Design and implement A/B testing, interpreting results to guide product development.
- Manage project priorities and initiatives based on analytical insights.
- Monitor key performance metrics, report on funnel dynamics, and communicate findings to the WebApp team.
Role Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years in a Data/Product Analyst role.
- Expertise in A/B testing with a strong grasp of statistical methods.
- Proficiency in advanced SQL.
- Skilled in data visualization tools like Looker/Tableau.
- Effective presentation abilities.
- Understanding of subscription business models (preferred).
- Python skills for data analysis (advantageous).
- Prior experience in mentoring and advocating for analytical tools/best practices (valuable).
- Background in working with Looker as a BI analyst (desirable).

The mission of the Core Analytics team is to ensure that all decisions are supported by consistent and just-in-time data, different analytical teams are aligned in their methods, and tools evolve to speed up working with data on all levels.
As a data analyst at Flo, you will play a significant role in influencing our decision-making and product growth. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working closely with the product team.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate opportunities and strategies to enhance the product growth
- Work closely with product managers, providing and supporting data analysis and expertise.
- Designing, supporting, and finalizing A/B test results
- Assist in prioritizing projects and initiatives
- Watch key performance metrics to track and report on the main parts of the funnel. Share data with the WebApp team on how to improve and any issues that come up
Your Experience
Must have:
- At least 5+ years of work experience as a Data / Product Analyst
- Advanced experience with A/B testing, knowledge of statistics for A/B testing
- Advanced SQL
- Experience in data visualization in Looker / Tableau or similar
- Good presentation skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in subscription business
- Python for data analysis
- Experience in mentoring other analysts
- Experience in evangelizing analytical tools and best practices
- Experience in working with Looker as BI analyst
