Role Summary:Manage Kenya's Strategic Procurement Function for One Acre Fund.Oversee long-term purchase planning to support smallholder farmers.Ensure efficient procurement processes that sustain program operations.Work under the guidance of the Logistics Procurement Associate.
Role Requirements:Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience.At least 3 years in team management within a similar capacity.Expertise in export and imports.Proficient in Excel and possess strong numerical skills.Experience working in a multinational or multicultural setting.Strong people management capabilities.Project management skills are preferred.A Bachelor's degree is required.Professional qualifications such as CIPS or CIL are essential.Fluency in English and Swahili is necessary.

The Role You will manage the Kenya Strategic Procurement Function, overseeing long-term purchase planning on behalf of One Acre Fund smallholder farmers. The team fulfills all the procurement needs necessary for the proper functioning of One Acre Fund’s program. You'll report to Logistics Procurement Associate.
