- Collaborate with business leaders to drive strategic decisions through data and financial insights.
- Create and manage financial models, budgets, and forecasts to guide the organisation's financial direction.
- Design and implement business metrics and dashboards to aid in decision-making.
- Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses to inform our strategic short and long-term plans.
- Use SQL to automate reporting and unearth key insights.
- Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks to identify market opportunities.
- A degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance, particularly in the tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and experience with financial modeling are essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- A keen interest in research and using data to answer complex questions.
- Proficiency with SQL is preferred.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance & Strategy Manager. They will play a key role in financial and strategic planning, analysis and decision-making within the organisation. You will need to be able to understand the big picture, while also being unafraid to dive into the details and numbers. Experience with SQL preferred.

A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or other quantitative discipline 4+ years experience in investment banking, consulting or in finance at a high growth company Technology industry experience in FP&A or strategic finance a plus Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modeling experience Ability to work autonomously Enthusiasm and curiosity for conducting research and answering hard questions with data Experience with SQL preferred#LI-ND1
