The role entails driving organizational success and joining a rapidly growing company. As a Business Development Coordinator, you’ll collaborate across all policy and research teams to support business development and bidding efforts. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating bids, tracking progress, and ensuring processes run smoothly. You’ll also contribute to key business development initiatives, such as identifying potential partners, researching funding opportunities, and analysing market trends.
Job requirements include strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about public service. Ability to collaborate, support others, and manage workloads effectively. Some commercial experience, particularly in public or third-sector bidding, is beneficial but not required.
