Senior Build-to-Rent Client Manager | Home Made

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Relationship Management: Serve as the senior executive liaison for our BtR property clients, overseeing the entire client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing strategic support. Provide high-level expertise and guidance on industry best practices, market trends, and asset optimization strategies, ensuring alignment with clients' long-term objectives.
Advanced Reporting and Strategic Analysis: Lead the development of in-depth, strategic reports that offer critical insights into the performance of client portfolios. Conduct comprehensive analyses of key metrics such as occupancy rates, rent levels, arrears, and maintenance issues, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making and drive portfolio performance.
Executive-Level Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders at the executive level, including key suppliers, contractors, and partners. Lead high-level negotiations and collaborations to ensure the seamless delivery of services and maximize strategic value for our clients.
Sales Strategy Leadership: Oversee and refine the sales funnel for each client account at a strategic level, driving initiatives to enhance process efficiency and boost conversion rates. Partner with senior internal teams to identify and implement high-impact strategies that foster growth and elevate client success.
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of sophisticated, data-driven marketing strategies for client development sites. Utilize a broad range of digital and traditional channels to drive market awareness and demand, continually monitoring and optimizing campaign performance to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
Senior Project Leadership: Provide senior-level project management oversight for key initiatives and high-impact projects, ensuring strategic alignment and successful outcomes. Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, navigating challenges and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in Real Estate, with a focus on Sales, Lettings, or BtR.
Market Knowledge: Strong ability to assess and determine market values for rental assets.
Strategic Account Management: Demonstrated skills in managing client accounts with a keen business acumen.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
Project Management: Proven experience in supporting and managing projects.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours & Location:
Salary: Depending on experience
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (a blend of office and fieldwork).
Location: Southwark, London (close to Blackfriars, Southwark, and Waterloo stations). One day a week work from home post-probation.
