- Role Summary:
- Assist the lead product manager in setting strategic product directions aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch.

The ESG Product Organization team oversees product development and innovation. The product team manages Morningstar Sustainalytics’ product portfolio in alignment with corporate priorities.
The role: As a Senior Associate ESG product, you will support the lead product manager in identifying strategic product priorities in line with commercial goals and managing the development of these priorities within the product development lifecycle. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to help manage and further develop the use cases and contribute to the commercial success of our research and data products. Furthermore, in the role you will become a content expert involved in answering client queries and joining client presentations.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in product development in the financial services industry and understands EU Action plan regulatory requirements and needs. You will be supporting the development of new product features and supporting client and sales teams to achieve commercial goals. This multifaceted role requires someone who excels in a dynamic environment, has strong analytical skills, is a creative problem solver and a good communicator.
