Role Summary:
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth in the APAC region.
- Engage with Marketing-generated inbound leads and self-generated outbound leads.
- Utilize multiple channels, including email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and video, to spark interest in Perkbox.
- Conduct qualification calls to discover prospect needs and assess potential opportunities.
- Effectively communicate Perkbox's value and handle objections.
- Ensure a seamless transition of leads to Account Executives.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce with high data quality.
- Work collaboratively within the SDR team to foster a culture of continuous learning and shared best practices.

The Interview Process:
- A 30-minute initial call with the Talent Team.
- A 45-minute interview with the Global Head of Sales Development.

- A presentation of the task to a panel including Sales leadership.

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):
The SDR team at Perkbox is the engine room of the go-to-market function. As an integral part of the team in Sydney, you’ll work to generate new business opportunities that drive our pipeline growth across the APAC region. You’ll work with both Marketing-generated inbound and self-generated outbound leads to create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives to close. You’ll be prospecting through various channels in order to share our employee value proposition, taking the opportunity to face and handle objections head-on and explain the real impact that Perkbox can have on employees.
Day to day you can expect to:
- Proactively source new outbound leads.
- Generate interest in Perkbox by utilising multiple channels including email, phone calls, LinkedIn and video.
- Book and take qualification calls with prospects to uncover their needs & qualify or disqualify them as an opportunity.
- Clearly communicate the Perkbox value proposition and sensitively navigate and overcome objections.
- Deliver fantastic customer service to prospects throughout all aspects of the sales process.
- Schedule demos of the Perkbox platform with qualified prospects for our team of Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating with the AEs to ensure a smooth lead handover process.
- Update and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads in Salesforce and ensure consistently good data hygiene.
- Collaborate with the SDR team, sharing best practises, peer to peer training and supporting a culture of constant learning.
