- Role Summary:
- Work within a dynamic team to manage CRM campaigns and automations, especially focused on email.
- Analyze, interpret, and enhance CRM strategies, covering acquisition, conversion, retention, value expansion, and customer feedback.
- Lead and execute projects with the freedom to define your work and our customer communication methods.

- Proficiency with at least one ESP or CDP, and a preference for those with email HTML expertise.

The role is a hybrid senior role within a team working on CRM campaigns, automation and lifecycle moments, with a particular focus on email. You will be measuring, interpreting and optimising all aspects of the CRM programme - across acquisition, conversion, customer management, value, and feedback. You will be identifying, prioritising and managing projects. This is not a static role and you will have latitude to shape both what you work on, and the way we communicate with our customers.
We are looking for someone who is an advanced practitioner of email campaigns and CRM in general including technical production and measurement. You should be well versed in the main tools and approaches used in the email channel - knowledge of at least one ESP or CDP is essential, email HTML knowledge is preferred. You should be a team player with a growth mindset, driven, smart and able to think on your feet while living our values of #beopen and #makeithappen.
