We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across various channels including search, display and social. You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, maximising ROI, and enhancing our overall marketing efforts. This role reports into our Head of Growth. We are looking for someone who has an analytical approach to marketing and enjoys working collaboratively with our marketing team who will support creative strategies and campaign development.

We’re a certified B Corp committed to making flight-free travel mainstream. Since our inception in March 2020, we've booked 7,000 travellers onto unforgettable holidays, with 95% five-star reviews. We’re growing 3x YoY and are regularly featured in the press, including the Guardian, BBC, and New York Times.

Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive paid media strategy across multiple channels, executing and optimising paid campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition and ROI, working collaboratively to optimise conversions with lifecycle marketing, A/B testing creative assets, landing page optimisation, and campaign tactics, managing forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for paid media channels, building dashboards to track and analyse performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

We’re looking for someone with significant paid marketing experience, including Google Ads and Meta Ads management, experience managing marketing campaigns in high-growth environments and achieving ramping financial targets, experience managing significant paid marketing budgets of over £100k/month, strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data on ads platforms and Google Analytics, a proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities, and alignment with our mission and values.

We offer £33-40k p.a. depending on experience, company ownership through equity, remote-first, flexible working, 20 days wherever: work when you like and where you like for most of the month - we’ll fund a day a week in a coworking space, 2 days together: join our team in the London office two days each month (a couple of exceptions per year is fine!), one cost-price Byway holiday per year and agency rates with Eurostar for you and your family/friends, an annual autumn Away Afternoon and optional Weekend Away in spring.
