  • Role Summary:

    • Start date is immediate, and the role is a Fixed Term Contract until February 28, 2025.

SportPursuit is an ambitious, high growth start-up in the sports retail space. We are growing fast internationally and we’re looking for bright, talented linguists with a passion for eCommerce and the outdoors to spearhead our expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to join us and grow with us as we expand.

As a Customer Champion, you will be the friendly face of SportPursuit. You will work directly within our UK and International Customer Champions team, as well as feeding into everything from website development to what brands our customers want to see on the site. You will be responsible for responding to any customer queries in your language as well as some local language copy for your market. You will also be an internal champion for your territory, working with sales, operations, marketing and merchandising teams to make sure the onsite and email experience is appropriate for your territory.

To be successful in this role, you must be a native German speaker and fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have a great eye for detail, strong analytical and PC skills, with the ability to quickly learn complex systems. You should work well under pressure and be able to think outside of the box and have a 'can do' attitude. You should be a real people person and a strong team player.

The start date for this role will be as soon as possible. This is a Fixed Term Contract ending February 28th 2025.

We offer a salary of £24,000 pro-rata and a friendly and dynamic working environment with a Core Hours working pattern! You will also get 25 days of holiday a year as standard with the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days extra! You can work anywhere in the world for up to 30 working days a year!
