Role Summary:

  • Handle customer inquiries in Danish and English, ensuring a stellar customer experience.
  • Create localized content for the designated market to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, marketing, and merchandising teams to optimize the online and email experience for your territory.
  • Act as an advocate and source of insight for your market within the company.

Role Requirements:

  • Must be a Danish speaker with fluency in English.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong analytical and PC skills.
  • Ability to learn complex systems quickly.
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure and solve problems creatively.
  • Proactive 'can do' attitude, being a strong team player, and enjoying interaction with people.

SportPursuit is an ambitious, high growth start-up in the sports retail space. We are growing fast internationally and we’re looking for bright, talented linguists with a passion for eCommerce and the outdoors to spearhead our expansion.

As a Customer Champion, you will be responsible for responding to any customer queries in your language as well as some local language copy for your market. You will also be an internal champion for your territory, working with sales, operations, marketing and merchandising teams to make sure the onsite and email experience is appropriate for your territory.

To be successful in this role you must be a Danish speaker, fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have a great eye for detail, strong analytical and PC skills, with the ability to quickly learn complex systems. You should work well under pressure and be able to think outside of the box and have a 'can do' attitude. Being a real people person and a strong team player is also important.

The start date for this role will be as soon as possible. This is a Fixed Term Contract ending February 28th 2025.
