What will you be doing?
Familiarise yourself with social enterprise structures and the rules of FarmEco Review what membership of the organisation should involve and create a membership information pack. Compile a skills audit of current directors and identify skills gaps Create a recruitment pack for new board members.
What are we looking for?
Ideally an understanding of social enterprise structures Experience of charity or other management boards An interest in the objectives of FarmEco: Enhancing public knowledge about food and farming, and nature conservation through regenerative farming practices.
What difference will you make?
Your help and expertise will enable us to build a strong governance structure for FarmEco which will help ensure that it is run according to legislation and in a way that will help it to grow strong.
