We are Better Society Capital, a mission-driven Investment Group. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with proven administration and project management experience who is keen to develop their experience in the social impact investment sector.

The role entails supporting the effective management of our investment activity and team, including our learning and development offer. This is a varied role that requires a logical and thoughtful approach to ensure management of multiple work streams with rigour and purpose in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our Investment Activity Calendar, managing key milestones and activity tracking across our new and portfolio investments, and supporting the record and data management of our investments.

Job requirements include excellent project management support, time management and organisational skills, strong communication skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, strong research and analytical skills, and confident and competent use of Microsoft Office. Experience in project management support and administrative support, working in a busy office environment, and supporting committees is essential. Experience of working within the financial services, charity or social enterprise sector is desirable.

We are a UK-based business with an office in the Chancery Lane area of London, accessible to a number of public transport links. Colleagues typically spend 40% - 60% of their working hours in the office, and the remainder from home.
