As a social enterprise, TERN is growing rapidly and is seeking a dynamic Fundraising Manager to spearhead its revenue generation strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about social impact and community-driven initiatives.
- Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Pitch fundraising initiatives to various audiences to secure funding.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in social impact fundraising and partnerships.
- Proven track record of driving growth in organizations with £500k-£2M annual revenue.
- In-depth understanding of the UK social impact funding landscape.
- Strong experience in strategy development and execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience in delivering compelling pitches.
- Desire to contribute to a community-led organization, with a particular call for those with lived experience of forced migration.
