The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network (TERN) is an ambitious organization dedicated to fostering the entrepreneurial spirit among refugees, empowering them to thrive through the creation and development of their own businesses. As a social enterprise, TERN is growing rapidly and is seeking a dynamic Fundraising Manager to spearhead its revenue generation strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about social impact and community-driven initiatives.

  • Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Pitch fundraising initiatives to various audiences to secure funding.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in social impact fundraising and partnerships.
  • Proven track record of driving growth in organizations with £500k-£2M annual revenue.
  • In-depth understanding of the UK social impact funding landscape.
  • Strong experience in strategy development and execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in delivering compelling pitches.
  • Desire to contribute to a community-led organization, with a particular call for those with lived experience of forced migration.

💭 Knowledge of the UK social impact funding scene

💡 Experience working with leadership teams to drive fundraising strategies

✍️ Experience of pitching to a range of audiences
