The Role Reporting to the Nigeria People Lead, the HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to the farmer-facing departments and other business leaders within the Nigeria Country program, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals. You will manage a team with a specific focus on recruitment, employee relations and talent management.
Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and HR-related requirements and develop solutions to support them. Build the competence of the team to carry out all critical tasks within the field recruitment, employee relations, learning, and performance management docket.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Certified Human Resources Management practitioner. At least five years of progressive experience working in a similar role. Demonstrated knowledge of employment law. Demonstrated experience working with HR Information Systems and data tools. Demonstrated project management skills.
