👋 Who we are

Born Social is a full service social media agency designed for the new era of advertising. We're a team of over 150 people across the UK & US and growing!

We're growing fast and so we're looking for another Producer to join our team and work across some of our biggest accounts.

As a Producer, you'll sit in our Design & Studio team and report directly to the Senior Producer. You'll be working closely with the Creative team, taking their shoot concepts and helping to bring their vision to life through social-first productions. We don’t specialise in any particular sector, meaning any given production brief presents completely new challenges and opportunities.

✏️ What you'll be doing:

• 
  Social-first productions: you'll work across production projects for a wide range of brands in different industries.
  
• 
  Leading shoots: you'll lead on delivering shoots on time and on budget
  
• 
  Bringing vision to life: you'll be working closely with the account teams, agency creatives, camera crews and suppliers to help bring the shoot vision to life
  
• 
  Logistics: you'll oversee the logistics of crew, client and product on the lead up and the day of the shoot, with support from the Production Coordinator
  
• 
  Shoot operations: you'll oversee the organisation of all shoot documentation, the running of the set on shoot day as well as managing crew and supplier contracts
  
• 
  Talent management: You'll support in growing the agency’s talent roster
  
• 
  Process improvements: You'll be constantly reviewing Born’s production process to understand where ways of working changes can be made and finding new solutions to help the team work more efficiently.
  

👀 Who we're looking for:

• 
  
• You've got experience working on shoot productions from first-briefing and pre-production stage through to final delivery, writing pre and post production timelines and schedules
  
• You've got experience managing large budget productions for social media
  
  
  
• You've got a solid black book of top notch directors, camera crews and suppliers who you love to work with
  
  
  
• You've got experience working with talent on and off set and managing relationships with them/their representatives.
  
  
  
• You've got a good understanding of the standards surrounding usage fees, talent contracts, location permits etc.
  
  
  
• You have a love of brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, how they market themselves and use social media to do this. You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential.
  
  
  
• You are organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment where deadlines land simultaneously.
  
  
  
• You're a team player who is supportive and capable of bringing the best out of those around you.
  
  
  
• You're confident, vocal and professional, comfortable pitching ideas presenting in front of clients and attending shoots.
