Role Summary:

This part-time position requires a commitment of 20 hours weekly, between 1pm to 5pm UK time, and is open to candidates in the UK or Denmark.

SportPursuit is an ambitious, high growth start-up in the sports retail space. We are growing fast internationally and we’re looking for bright, talented linguists with a passion for eCommerce and the outdoors to spearhead our expansion.

The role entails working directly within our UK and International Customer Champions team, as well as feeding into everything from website development to what brands our customers want to see on the site. As a Customer Champion, you will be responsible for responding to any customer queries in your language as well as some local language copy for your market. You will also be an internal champion for your territory, working with sales, operations, marketing and merchandising teams to make sure the onsite and email experience is appropriate for your territory.

Job requirements include being a Danish speaker, fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, having a great eye for detail, strong analytical and PC skills with the ability to quickly learn complex systems, and being a real people person and strong team player.

This is a part-time role: 20hrs a week, Monday to Friday, working hours: 1pm - 5pm UK time. This is a fully remote role based in either the UK or Denmark.
