- Develop a comprehensive external communications plan to amplify brand and reputation.

- Proven success in PR campaigns and strong media relationships.
- Expertise in media interviews, writing/editing, and social media.
- Event planning experience and a BA/MA in a relevant field.

The Role As our Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for growing our global brand awareness and reputation, as both a leading spend management solution and an employer. You will be developing an external communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics covering all external media channels such as print, broadcast, social media events etc. You will also be responsible for making significant contributions to our brand strategy and employer value proposition, supporting our Chief Marketing Officer and Chief People Officer.
Job Requirements You will need to work from our Sofia office and be fluent in Bulgarian and English. You should have 5+ years of Communications / Public Relations experience ideally covering a global audience as well as Bulgaria. You should have a proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level. You should have strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets and experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews. You should have exceptional writing and editing skills and excellent communication skills and well practised at working with senior executives for media purposes. You should have solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc. and event planning experience. You should have a BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline.
