Role Summary:
- Part-time role, 15 hours per week, with the Audience Strategy & Growth team.
- Facilitate and manage marketing campaigns across Web and email platforms.
- Handle ad placements on TED.com and via email marketing channels.
- Work with marketing teams to optimize campaigns for timely delivery and performance goals.
Role Requirements:
- Proficiency with project management tools such as AirTable.
- Experience with email and Web ad builds, especially within SailThru.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Hubspot is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

Job Description We are currently seeing a part-time (15 hours per week) Operations Project Manager to support the Audience Strategy & Growth team in executing and overseeing marketing campaigns across Web and email. Responsibilities include building ad placements across key marketing levers including email and TED.com, executing and overseeing campaign setup across TED’s tech stack, including SailThru, Hubspot and Salesforce, and collaborating with marketing teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet performance goals.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate should have strong familiarity with project management and planning tools, like AirTable, and experience with building or managing ad builds across email and Web, with specific experience in SailThru. Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Hubspot is also required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently are also necessary.
