  • Lead and manage a team of Market Managers and collaborate with the National Sales Manager.
  • Develop and execute field activity plans to enhance brand visibility and distribution.
  • Target achievement in distribution gains and promotional events at points of sale.
  • A minimum of 5 years in commercial sales, field or headquarters experience.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation skills, and a result-driven approach.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with numbers, reporting, and a commitment to be field-present 3 days a week.

The role involves managing a team of Market Managers to achieve objectives (recruitment, training, development and evaluation). Establish and animate the field activity plans for his team, in connection with the National Sales Manager. Ensure the achievement of the objectives of gaining distribution of the priority references of the assortment, and the visibility objectives of our brands in point of sale (linear share, promo events, resale price).

Job requirements include a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the field and/or headquarters. A cross-functional or hierarchical management experience is required for the position. Recognized for your leadership and negotiation skills, you are result-oriented. You have excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to adapt your speech to your different interlocutors. Equipped with a sharp analytical and synthesis spirit, you are comfortable with numbers and reporting. Autonomy, reactivity and organization will be key qualities to succeed in the position. The position requires a field presence of 3 days per week.
