  • Assemble visually appealing and delicious organic veg boxes.
  • Handle organic produce with care, ensuring orders are packed accurately.
  • Work within a chilled environment on a customer-focused pick line.
  • Support various tasks including grading, packing, recycling and pallet building.
  • Commitment to a PM shift schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 14:30 to 22:30.

Production Operative - PM shift

  • Location: Wash Barn, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU
  • Contract: Permanent, 39 hours per week - Sunday -Thursday 14:30- 22:30
  • Salary: £12.55 per hour + 58p shift allowance after 8pm

Your Role: 

  • As a crucial member of our production team, you'll take pride in assembling visually appealing and delicious veg  boxes for our customers. This role involves selecting, and packaging top-quality organic produce. You’ll be situated in our customer-focused pick line within a chilled environment, requiring speed and precision to fulfil each customer's unique order.
  • Handle items with care, ensuring accurate packing according to customer orders, participate in repacking and pallet building, and maintain the smooth operation of the pick line.
  • Your role may also involve grading and packing produce, recycling packaging materials, and other essential tasks to support our operations
