The role - As the Programme Lead for Online Safety, you will lead our Online Excellence Programme. You will be responsible for shaping policies, influencing decision-makers, and driving advocacy campaigns. Your key responsibilities include providing exceptional leadership and support to your team, leading and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, overseeing the development and promotion of Samaritans’ portfolio of online safety products, and ensuring people with lived experience are at the heart of the programme.
Job requirements - We are looking for a strategic thinker with proven experience in taking a strategic approach, excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and the ability to understand current mental health and suicide prevention issues and research. Experience working with people with lived experience is also required.
