The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Coordinator to lead HR operations across the APAC region from our Sydney office. This is a part-time role, requiring four days per week.

Our APAC business includes offices in Australia and Singapore. We are part of a bigger global group with teams in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. We design and rigorously test new ideas across various areas, such as health, crime and education, to establish what works and what doesn’t.
The Role - What the Role Entails As the HR Coordinator, you will take charge of diverse HR processes across Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia. You will manage the employee lifecycle, maintain HR systems & documentation, lead culture & engagement initiatives, coordinate performance & development processes, and improve HR processes. You will also oversee office management tasks in Sydney.
Job Requirements HR tertiary qualifications are required in either a Singapore or Australian context. You should have 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a Coordinator or Assistant role. International HR experience is a plus. You should excel at communication and interpersonal skills, have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, be comfortable with G-suite, and bring a collaborative spirit and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
