- Mediate and create amicable solutions for couples facing divorce.
- Receive specialized training in the psychological, legal, and procedural aspects of divorce mediation.
- Facilitate collaborative discussions, prevent court proceedings, and efficiently manage divorce, financial, and children agreements.
- Required Law degree and experience in family law, specifically divorce and financial remedy.
- Background in counselling, coaching, mediation, divorce law, negotiation, or conflict resolution.
- Skills in inspiring confidence, mediation, emotional resilience, facilitation, and confrontation of challenging issues.
- Strong organizational, digital communication, verbal and written communication skills.

The role We are looking for individuals with a background in counselling, coaching, mediation, divorce law, negotiation or conflict resolution to mediate and establish a solution to our customers’ divorce issues they might find hard to solve amicably. You will be trained to specifically handle the psychological, legal and process aspects of our customers’ divorce. You will follow the amicable divorce process and keep the couple in collaborative discourse, avoiding court proceedings and ensuring the divorce, financial and children agreements are made within the time and meeting schedule.
Job requirements •Law degree, •Experience of working in family law and particularly in divorce and financial remedy, •Background in counselling, coaching, mediation, divorce law, negotiation or conflict resolution, •Ability to inspire confidence, mediate and lead the divorce process, •Emotional resilience and the ability for self-care, •Facilitation skills to run effective meeting, •Confidence to confront difficult subjects and disruptive or resistant behaviour, •Organisational skills to project manage the divorce process, •Sufficient IT competence to be an effective digital communicator, •Good verbal and written communication skills, •Attention to detail, •Self-motivation, ability to plan, manage and take accountability for your own workload, •Right to work in the UK.
