The Pod Point Technician is a key member of our Operations team, responsible for the installation and maintenance of electric vehicle charge points within your local area. This role is primarily field based, with a daily travel time of roughly 1.5 hours. There's an exciting bonus for completing more than 12 installations per week.
You’ll be responsible for educating our customers about the world of EVs, being the face of Pod Point when completing installations, proactively managing stock levels, ordering, replenishing and returning equipment in a timely manner, working productively to meet required daily/weekly/monthly targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels from providing quality installs, working independently, but also a keen team player, adhering to Pod Point Health and Safety standards/ procedures.
We think the role would be great for somebody who has ideally had previous experience installing EV chargers, as well as someone with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, environmentally conscious, with a passion for sustainability, Full UK driving License, C&G Inspection and Testing.
