Role Summary:
- Collaborate with the Lead to refine the Finance Initiative strategy.
- Oversee the delivery of the strategic vision, managing programme activities.

Role Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years in the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated leadership in multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Keen analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Food & agriculture sector knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for a Programme Manager for our Finance Initiative. This is an opportunity for someone with proven experience of leading successful multi-stakeholder initiatives, demonstrated understanding of how to design innovative financing mechanisms and structure complex multi-party transactions, and expertise in the financial services sector (eg. banking, insurance, investment, corporate finance) to join our team.
The role entails working closely with the Lead to evolve the Finance Initiative strategy and be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Finance Initiative strategy, with oversight of programme activities. You will manage key strategic programmes and support the team to deliver against programme objectives. You will also be responsible for relationship building with existing and prospective partners, and representing the Foundation in public presentations, meetings with senior stakeholders, and on occasions to the media.
Job requirements include a minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in the financial services sector, proven experience of leading successful multi-stakeholder initiatives, project management experience with proven capability of managing multiple projects in parallel with tight deadlines, and strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additional knowledge or expertise in the food & agriculture space would be a definite advantage. Excellent written and spoken English is required.
