Introduction This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Product Designer to make an impact at a growing business with an inspiring mission. Modern Milkman is more than just a milk delivery service – we're a movement. We're committed to reducing waste, supporting local farmers, and delivering fresh, sustainable products right to our customers' doors. Our goal is to make the home sustainable, and, to date, we've prevented 100 million plastic bottles from polluting the planet.

The Role We are looking for a customer-centric Senior Product Designer to help grow the product and introduce key design and research practices across the business. This person will have a passion for research, be a creative-thinker and have the drive to see work through to the end, ensuring outcomes are achieved. A key focus will be on supporting our CRO efforts, so experience in that area is a big plus. This is a flexible, hybrid office/remote working role, with typically two to three days a week spent in our Manchester office and the other two/three working from home. The role will report into the Product Director and be ultimately responsible for product design across the business.

Job Requirements You’ve got at least 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that highlights your ability to create great user experiences and clean, functional UI. You’re experienced in generative research (identifying user needs and pain points) and evaluative research (testing and improving potential solutions) through interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B tests, and more. You’re comfortable with the likes of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You’ve worked on CRO projects and know how to use design to improve conversion rates and overall product performance.
