Save the Children UK is looking for a collaborative and influential retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager in Belfast. This role is based at our Botanic Avenue shop and offers a full-time position with flexible working options.

The Role: As the Store Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our busy Belfast store. You will lead a team of approximately 25 dedicated volunteers, driving retail excellence and community engagement. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with volunteers, ensuring operational compliance, and enhancing the shop's commercial performance. You will also act as an ambassador for our brand, promoting our values within the community.
Job Requirements: - Proven experience in management or team leadership, preferably in a retail or volunteer-led environment. - Strong communication and people skills. - Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving financial and operational targets. - Good IT literacy and familiarity with digital systems for managing operations and volunteers. - A passion for the mission of Save the Children and a commitment to our values of inclusivity, collaboration, and integrity.
