Role Summary:Select and package top-quality organic produce in a chilled environment.Accurately pack customer orders and participate in repacking and pallet building.Handle grading and packing tasks, as well as recycling packaging materials.Maintain the efficiency of the pick line operation.

Production Operative
- Location: Wash Barn, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU Reliable transportation is required to commute to Wash Farm, as it is not accessible by public transport routes.
- Contract: 1 x Permanent, 39 hours per week - Sunday – Thursday.06:30am-14:30pm 1 x 12 month Fixed Term Contract - 39 hours per week - Sunday – Thursday. 06:30am-14:30pm
- Salary: £12.55 per hour

Your Role:
- As a crucial member of our production team, you'll take pride in assembling visually appealing and delicious veg boxes for our customers. This role involves selecting, and packaging top-quality organic produce. You’ll be situated in our customer-focused pick line within a chilled environment, requiring speed and precision to fulfil each customer's unique order.
- Handle items with care, ensuring accurate packing according to customer orders, participate in repacking and pallet building, and maintain the smooth operation of the pick line.
- Your role may also involve grading and packing produce, recycling packaging materials, and other essential tasks to support our operations
