- Coordinate educational tours within the EMEA region.
- Communicate with teachers and suppliers to ensure exceptional travel experiences.
- Handle bookings, documentation, and maintain crucial databases.
- Work collaboratively with our Sales Team to develop innovative travel packages.
- Fluency in French, Italian, and English (C1 level or above).
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication abilities.

As our Educational Travel Bookings Officer, based in Lisbon, you will play a vital role in planning and operating our educational tours within the EMEA region. This position requires fluency in French, Italian and English in order to successfully book our tailor-made itineraries. You will form an integral part of our Operations Team, providing clear communication to teachers and suppliers and working alongside our Sales Team to provide transformative experiences for our school groups.
Your responsibilities will include bookings, contacting suppliers, communication, documentation, record-keeping, maintaining accurate and thorough databases, and contributing ideas for exciting trip ideas. You will need to be an effective communicator, organized, and have experience with Word and Excel. Experience in the travel industry is desirable, but not essential. Knowledge of both Italian and French languages is essential – C1 level or above in both languages. Excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential.

This role offers flexible working: a remote/in-person hybrid. The salary is competitive and dependent on experience. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. You must have evidence of your legal right to work in the European Union.
