- Organization and management of People Administrative Processes & Systems
- Assisting with employee paperwork and HR inquiries

What you'll be doing (although there will be other bits too)
People Administrative Processes & Systems Management
Draft all employee change paperwork
Act as first responder and investigator to all queries in the People inbox
Update UK payroll instructions each month
Collate people data for reporting purposes
Running of weekly engagement poll and communicating results to weekly host
Contribute to People Team B-Corp efforts
Benefits Management
Act as the first responder to queries
Provide support to People Advisor for pre-onboarding processes
Administrative duties relating to New Hires and Leavers
Support Talent Lead daily on job brief, application management and booking interviews
What you'll need to apply...
2+ Years experience in Administration where you've dealt with Internal and External Stakeholders
A keen interest to have a career in HR or maybe you've already stared in HR and want to progress in a company you love
You'll need to be a highly competent communicator able to deal with people at all levels of experience both verbally and written
You'll ideally live near our Bristol HQ (well it's about 30 mins outside and you'll need a car or a bike)
What you'll get in return

Some notable examples are swimrun competitions, company retreats, and wilderness retreats. We also come together to celebrate the seasonal equinoxes and solstices, and host company gatherings 4 times a year to celebrate the change in season.
5.Livebarefoot Awards: These are awards given to employees who have best embodied the Vivo values, and winners are given an additional top up of that year's personal allowance.
6.Shoes (of course!): 3 new starter pairs & further free shoes for yourself or family/friends throughout the year. A 70% off personal discount + access to a 30% off family and friends code.
7.Cycle scheme and car rental scheme available through payroll.
Following probation, each Vivoer also have access to a;
- Personal allowance: Up to £1,000 per person, per FYyear (pro-rated based on start date). This allowance is to support eachVivoer truly living barefoot and doing epic things. It can be used on allthings relating to your wellness, personal development, or hobbies.
