- Independently manage a brand within the Coffee & New Business division, handling the marketing mix for supermarkets and e-commerce platforms.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis to bolster brand performance.

- Higher education in business, university, or food engineering with a marketing focus.
- 1-3 years of experience in consumer marketing.
- Proficient in product development and consumer goods market analysis (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Kantar).
- Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent analytical skills, and fluency in English.

The role: We are looking for our Junior Product Manager (permanent contract) within our Coffee & New Business division. Reporting to the Group Manager, your tasks will include: Independently managing your brand sold in supermarkets & e-commerce, ensuring daily management of the marketing mix: packaging, products, promotions, communication, prices, conducting relevant analyses and diagnostics (market, brands, product mix, internal data) to improve the performance of your brand, leading innovation and product renovation projects for the category you are responsible for, reworking the brand positioning and its implications, supporting the team in managing cross-functional marketing projects, collaborating with the central Europe team.
Job requirements: You have a higher education such as a business school, university or food engineering with a marketing specialisation. You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in consumer marketing, you master product development processes and have experience in analysis on the database of consumer goods (type Nielsen, IRI, Kantar). You are business and results oriented. As a true entrepreneur, you are recognised for your ability to unite and manage projects independently with multidisciplinary teams. You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills and speak fluent English.
