- Role Summary:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and professional assistance.
- Efficiently handle switchboard calls and maintain up-to-date floor plans and telephone lists.
- Coordinate taxi and courier services as needed.
- Ensure client areas remain clean and presentable.
- Manage office budget and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Oversee health and safety protocols, as well as office security measures.
- Contribute to general office tasks and event organization.
- Role Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills and a clear, professional telephone manner.
- Friendly, polite, efficient, and capable of multitasking.
- Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic about providing excellent service.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable.
- Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

GOOD’s Receptionist will be the welcoming and professional face of the agency in reception for employees and clients. You will be a part of the Business Support department, contributing to the agency’s culture, and will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Key Areas of Accountability and Responsibility include Reception Duties such as meeting and greeting visitors, handling calls to the switchboard, updating floor plan and telephone list, ordering taxi/couriers, and ensuring client areas are neat and tidy. You will also be responsible for Office Budget, Maintenance & Suppliers, Health & Safety, Security, and General / Events.
Skills / Experience / Competencies required include excellent communication skills, clear and professional telephone manner, friendly and polite, efficient, well-organised and able to multitask, self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic. Previous experience as a receptionist / front of house is desirable.
Working Hours and Conditions are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday in the office (8.30am to 5.30 pm) – 1 hour lunch break.
