• Support the development, implementation, and delivery of projects and programmes, including budget creation, OKRs, impact measurement, reporting, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, experts, and partners, proactively identifying and securing partnership and fundraising opportunities for Virgin Unite and key initiatives.
• Assist in developing an income generation strategy to create new income channels for key programmes.
• Research and analyse projects or issues to ensure alignment with Virgin Unite’s purpose and strategy.
• Drive innovation within the foundation by exploring new approaches to address societal challenges.
• Collaborate across Virgin Unite to ensure project and programme work is integrated at an organisational level.
• Support reporting to key stakeholders on project performance against objectives, budgets, and impact frameworks.
• Create compelling presentations, briefing papers, research notes, reports, and talking points for internal and external audiences while maintaining awareness of current trends and innovations.

What you’ll need

• Expertise in program design, implementation, and partnership management, especially with high-net-worth individuals and foundations.
• Passion for and experience with social and environmental issues.
• Proven track record in both non-profit and commercial sectors, with experience in cross-functional teams and complex project management.
• Creative and innovative approach with a focus on high-impact ideas.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management and delivery skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across all organisational levels.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Adaptability and composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
