What will a day in the life of our Implementation Manager look like?

Taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery of flexible benefits implementation projects, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope Leading client meetings to gather benefits information and requirements Using project management tools and Google Workspace to track progress, manage timelines, and document client requirements Continuously monitoring implementation progress, resolving issues, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines Providing regular updates to both internal teams and clients Configuring our flexben software, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy platforms

Our dream Implementation Manager looks like:

Extensive experience leading multiple global implementations of flexben software, including transitioning clients from legacy systems to new platforms An effortless ability to create rapport—clients look forward to calls with you, knowing they’ll leave the conversation feeling both confident and energised about Peppy A passion for delivering “wow” moments, leaving clients impressed and confident after every call or meeting A strong track record of managing enterprise-level clients, particularly in the UK and global markets Familiarity with project management software and Google Workspace The desire to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
