- Act as the frontline contact for top-tier sponsors, ensuring their satisfaction and value from partnerships.
- Manage sales operations, account management, and maintain high-quality client relationships.
- Coordinate with the Partnerships Team to deliver seamless service from sales to post-sale activities.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards and serve as the main point of contact for prestigious partners.
- Utilize your knowledge of Founders Forum's offerings to effectively communicate and pitch to clients.
- Administer CRM using Salesforce and support the sales team with contract management.
- Engage directly in client-facing activities, from meetings to event support.
- Proven experience in sales operations or a customer-facing role.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Salesforce.
- Understanding of the startup ecosystem is advantageous.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join the Founders Forum team to play a significant role in supporting the Partnerships Team. In this role, you will be at the front-line of engaging with our sponsors, ensuring customer satisfaction and that each sponsor gets maximum value from the partnership.
Applicants must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be highly motivated and self-driven. Applicants must also be capable of working in a deadline-oriented environment, handling daily tasks including, but not limited to: customer service, financial reporting and tracking, partnership nurturing, Salesforce administration

The Role
Founders Forum relies on our Sponsors & Partnerships to bring our events to life. Your main priority will be on sales operations and account management of these sponsors and partners for our highly-curated events across London, New York, Berlin & Singapore; to ensure high-level delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include:
- A strong sales operations focus, act as a key member for the Partnerships Team and wider events team, to ensure partners have a seamless transition pre-, during-, and post-sale
- Responsible for ensuring quality control standards throughout execution of an agreement - Be a key point of contact for select partners which include the likes of Goldman Sachs, McKinsey
- Managing the relationship to ensure we are meeting set deliverables and recording/following up with the actions post meetings- Have an in-depth knowledge of Founders Forum products and pitch the Founders Forum

- Account management of clients, working closely with customers to ensure ROI
- Nurture and develop sustainable long-term relationships with customers and meet with customers face to face, over the phone, virtually or in writing
- Proactively respond to inbound enquiries
- CRM Management, responsible for maintaining data integrity in Salesforce
- Reporting into the Head of Partnerships and assisting with targeted client outreach and key client customer service
- Supporting sales team as needed with drafting and managing booth and sponsorship contracts
- Attend Founders Forum events as required to support client delivery on site
- Ad hoc sales projects as needed

- You’ve had some work experience in a sales operations related role
- You are hungry to learn
- You are a highly motivated self-starter with ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines and adapt to last-minute adjustments and rapidly changing agendas
- You are an effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You are able to select the appropriate form of communication for a given situation.
- You work well in a team
- You are creative and resilient and able to influence and manage stakeholders
- You are structured, detail oriented and organised while being able to understand the big picture
Requirements
- You have had previous experience in a Sales-related role
- The right to work in the UK
- You have experience of working in a customer-facing role, or have a general understanding of sales principles and practises.
- Experience with MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with Affinity and Salesforce (Desirable)
- Basic knowledge of the startup ecosystem (Desirable)
