Role Summary:Act as a primary business partner for operational functions within MindGym.Generate insightful weekly and monthly performance reports.Identify operational issues and develop business cases to enhance efficiency.Become the subject matter expert on finance-related systems to drive process improvements.Support budgeting and re-forecasting efforts.Engage in other ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
Role Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role, poised for career growth as a finance business partner.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to form strong relationships across teams.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in managing large data sets.Attention to detail, versatility, and positive attitude under pressure.Qualified or newly-qualified accountant with strong Excel skills.Experience with NetSuite and Hive is a plus but not mandatory.

Forming a bridge between the commercial finance team and the business, the Finance Business Partner will support department leads by producing management information and ad hoc financial analysis to enhance their insight around performance and improve results.
The role will include business partnering with the operational functions, production of reporting, and supporting the Head of FP&A with ad hoc analysis.
The role will act as the principal business partner for all the business's operational functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Lead business partner for all operational functions.
- Weekly/monthly reporting on performance.
- Identify operational issues and model business cases for efficiencies.
- Subject matter expert on systems directly linked to Finance team, with the aim to create improvement/efficiencies to processes.
- Assist with the preparation of the budget/re-forecast.
- Other ad hoc financial analysis as required.

- Experience in a relevant position and now looking to progress career as a finance business partner.
- Strong communication skills, ability to communicate in an engaging, clear and concise manner.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong working relationships within the Finance team and broader organisation.
- Strong analytical skills, adept at managing and manipulating large data sets efficiently.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to step into different roles as needed, contribute to team problem-solving, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
