What will you be doing?
As a volunteer counsellor, you will play an invaluable role in supporting individuals who are facing the emotional toll of chronic illness. From providing a listening ear to offering practical advice and resources, you will work closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the guidance and support they need to cope with their conditions. Best of all, you'll be joining a friendly and passionate team of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. What are we looking for?
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a qualified and BACP registered counsellor. You should have experience working with clients who are experiencing illness, trauma, or other challenging life circumstances. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature.
