What will you be doing?
Responsibilities:
Implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with our mission and target audience. Post on our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our audience. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Support the team with various associated administrative tasks. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our digital presence.
What are we looking for?
Requirements:
Knowledge: Understanding of social problems and their implications for service users, and issues involved in working with vulnerable people.
Experience:
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. Hands-on experience using social media to build brand awareness (Essential). Experience in graphic design, photo editing, and publishing (Desirable).
Skills:
Ability to identify target audiences’ preferences and produce tailored content. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate new ideas, persuade stakeholders, and empower people to take action. Creative thinking and the ability to generate novel and useful ideas. Problem-solving skills, including proficiency in identifying problems, analyzing them, and finding effective solutions. Excellent ICT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Photoshop, Canva and Zoom. Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with others to develop and implement innovative ideas.
