The Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the People Team Administrator is a pivotal member of the Emperor People Team, supporting People Operations, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition. This role ensures smooth execution of day-to-day people processes while contributing to varied HR tasks and projects.

Positioned at the heart of the People Team, this role requires a proactive, well-organized individual with a passion for learning and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Building strong relationships across the business, the People Team Administrator will act as a dependable and approachable resource for all Emperor partners, playing a key role in the success of the team and the employee experience.

Success in this role will be someone who is well organised and proactive with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to build relationships across the business. The role will be key to the success of the Emperor People Team and in providing a reliable and go-to presence within the team for all Emperor partners.
 

Responsibilities

•Oversee first-line employee enquiries.
•Manage employee records and HRIS updates using Bamboo.
•Schedule interviews and produce candidate documentation. In time this may include candidate screening for some roles.
•Schedule training and prepare materials.
•System administration including company benefits, intranet, training platforms and more.
•Financial administration including purchase orders and invoices.
•Generate reports and maintain accurate employee data for job changes, salary updates, and contract variations.
•Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

A People Team Administrator:

•Is proactive and detail-oriented, able to anticipate needs and stay ahead of deadlines whilst consistently delivering work with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
•Is able to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with employees at all levels of the organization, handles sensitive employee concerns with discretion and care
•Takes an interest in leveraging technology to automate routine tasks and actively seeks opportunities to improve HR processes
•Can juggle different responsibilities all while ensuring that no task falls through the cracks.
•Is open and collaborative, able to work with different departments and understand their specific needs
•Have a ‘ready for anything’, flexible attitude and approach in what will be an exciting, varied and fast-paced role with a broad remit across the team
