Role Summary

  • Join our Customer Experience team to deliver first-rate support in the health and fitness industry.
  • Lead daily operations and collaborate with global counterparts to provide quality customer experiences.
  • Manage the in-app customer experience platform, review platforms, and support community with technical and coaching escalations.
  • Participate in Runna Events in Sydney.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in online customer service using tools like Intercom and Zendesk.
  • Excellent written communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work part-time on designated days and commute to our Sydney office on York Street at least twice a week.
  • Must possess the right to work in Australia.

The Role: You will join our passionate and mission-driven Customer Experience team, dedicated to delivering top-notch support in the health and fitness industry. Your role will involve leading day-to-day operations and collaborating with our global counterparts to ensure consistency, quality, and care in every customer interaction. You will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries via our in-app customer experience platform, Intercom, and supporting our community with technical and coaching escalations. Additionally, you will manage our iOS, Google, and Trustpilot review platforms and participate in local Runna Events in Sydney.

Job Requirements: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a background in online customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience using tools like Intercom and Zendesk, possess excellent written communication skills, and be personable and empathetic. You should be detail-oriented, confident in working towards targets and deadlines, and have the right to work in Australia. The role requires working part-time on Saturday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and you must be able to come into our Sydney office on York Street at least twice a week.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 AUD per year, pro-rated for part-time. Our interview process is designed to be straightforward and enjoyable, consisting of an introductory chat, a take-home task, a second-round interview, and a final round/office visit.
