Inbound Call Agent | Home Made
Join our diverse team of Sales Professionals and be a key part of revolutionising the renting experience for our customers!
In this role, you will be the first point of contact with our potential renters and the first part of our sales process. You'll be qualifying warm leads through inbound and outbound calls, to understand what our customers are looking for and ultimately match them to their ideal new home!
Working hours: Rotas are set in advance - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm. This role also requires a bi-weekly Saturday with a day in lieu in return.
Office location: London Southwark, this is a full time office-based role (close to Southwark, Waterloo and Blackfriars stations)
Salary: Base Salary £23k, £30k OTE (uncapped)
Start Date: Please note that all hiring is currently for start dates in 2025.
The Job:
- Speaking to prospective renters over the phone, via WhatsApp and email to help them find their new home
- Working through inbound and outbound call lists
- Cross selling on properties that likely fit their needs better, but may be in a slightly different location
- Confidently talk through promotions with customers and how these can benefit them
- Be an expert in each development, able to talk through key components of properties and the local area
- Work as part of a team to ensure targets are met
- Ensure each prospective renter ultimately gets booked in for a viewing at the time that suits them and feels excited about their property search.
