- Independently manage and conduct property viewings across Manchester.
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth transactions.
- Exceed sales targets through active engagement and closing deals with prospective renters.

As we are still growing in the North of England, this role is a remote role, with quarterly trips to London to reconnect with the team in person. Salary: Basic £24K + competitive uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)
Location: The role involves daily travel across Manchester using public transport (no driving license required).
Working Hours:Tuesday to Saturday 9am-6pm including evening viewing depending on demand.

Role responsibilities:
The Leasing Associate (Manchester) will play a vital part in developing face-to-face relationships with our customers and delivering high-quality offers on marketed properties.
Your responsibilities would include:
Customer Service: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.
Viewings: Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
Communication: Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.
Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions.
Data Management: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.
Attend new site launches and new developments: Collaborate with our sales team in London to support these initiatives. Successful hires will complete onboarding in London.
