Omnea is a rapidly growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process for businesses, making it easier and more efficient. We are looking for our first Customer Success Account Manager to join our team.
The role involves owning the relationship with our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, managing our largest and most strategic customers. Your key focus will be to ensure customers get meaningful value from Omnea from the earliest stages & beyond. You will drive renewals, expansion and upsell opportunities and become a trusted advisor & partner to our customers & stakeholders at all levels.
Job requirements include 5-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS commercial role, strong commercial intuition, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to understand our product inside and out. You should be proactive, outcomes-focused, efficient & autonomous, and ambitious.
